A: It is not permitted for guests to bring their own coolers and/or food and beverage products to our facility. Coolers are provided on each of our golf carts for our guests’ convenience. We offer a restaurant for our guests to purchase food and beverage products. Guests are welcome to buy extra products and stock them in the coolers provided to them on our golf carts.
Inclement Weather Policy
Weather checks are issued at the sole discretion of Birch Hills. If the golf course is deemed unplayable or closed for the day, the group will not be responsible for the day’s fees. Deposits may be refundable based on conditions. We encourage you to call ahead if the weather is in question to you. If food and beverage accommodations are prearranged, it is often difficult to reschedule or cancel the day’s events. Every effort will be made to reach a fair agreement between Birch Hills Golf Course and your group outing.
